The Merman’s Kiss is an urban fantasy romance novel by Tasmin Ley. It’s about Brianna, a woman who lost her child and decided to throw herself into the ocean to try and kill herself. She was later rescued by Zantu, a merman, who has been avoiding having a mate for 25 years.
This was my very first merman romance novel and I loved it! I’m looking forward to reading more of this series.
The ending was a huge twist (that I will not spoil) but wow – it was amazing (and very sweet).
Overall, I thought it was an incredible new twist on the whole urban fantasy romance genre.
I give it an 10/10.
