Spiritfarer is a beautiful independent management simulation game with action. It has a sandbox feel, and was developed by Thunder Lotus Games.

I normally don’t bawl while playing games, but this one hit me so much in the feelings that I started bawling (seriously.) In this game, you actually help spirits move on to the afterlife.

This game has everything – from adventuring a large world, platforming sections, and many fantastic puzzle sections. I have played this both on the Nintendo Switch and on my Playstation 5.

I found it a bit easier to control on the Playstation, especially when it comes to building. Seeing it on the tv screen was easier to find the perfect spot for each building on the ship. You can easily spend hours on this game, and there is no rush to the end. There are just a lot of casual quests.

Overall, it’s a great game for people that don’t mind lots of emotions, some exploring, and some adorable characters.

I give it a 10/10.
