Dark Picture Anthology: The Devil in Me is an action horror game by Supermassive Games and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. I absolutely love how you can play this game alone or with up to five people.
In my gaming time, I always choose to play alone because I find it much more immersive.
This was by far the creepiest game that I have ever played! It wasn’t just the amount of blood in the game, it was the whole psychological aspect of it. Additionally, you have no idea where the killer will come from next. I found out later that it’s based on HH Holmes.
I did not know much about this particular serial killer until I played this game (it was very creepy). The mannequins are incredibly creepy… almost creepier than the killer himself.
Overall, it’s a great game and I am truly looking forward to playing more of the series in the near future.
