Parasite is a wonderful dramatic horror movie with some comedic elements. I watched it on Hulu.
It’s about a very poor family living in a basement-like apartment. They found a way of scamming the wealthy family that owned the house, and simply went for it. Creepy enough yet?!
They blackmailed all the people working for the family. As the family fired people right and left, the poor family stepped in to help out. Various members of the family filled the roles of a tutor, an art teacher, a driver, etc.
Ironically, It worked at first! Things started to go south eventually and towards the end things unraveled completely with the former housekeeper’s husband stabbing people to protect their own secret. Eventually, the father of the poor family started stabbing the wealthy father.
Overall, it was really great and very gorey. It is definitely a movie that will give you the chills!
I give it a 10/10.
