Pilgrim

A Movie Review

Movie: Pilgrim
Genre: Horror/Thriller
Production Company: Blumhouse Productions
Viewing Format: Hulu

Review:

Pilgrim is a horror/thriller movie I recently watched on Hulu, produced by Blumhouse Productions. This film is set around the Thanksgiving holiday and delivers a thrilling ride with unexpected twists, including a shocking turn to cannibalism at the end. The movie starts off with a seemingly normal celebration but quickly escalates as the pilgrim reenactors become increasingly bizarre, trying to scare the family into being more grateful for what they have.

The film does not shy away from blood, gore, and intense scenes of death and torture. These elements are well-executed and add to the suspense and horror of the storyline. Despite the gruesome events, most of the family manages to survive, with the exception of the father, who meets a grim fate.

Overall, Pilgrim is a fantastic movie for those who enjoy a good scare and some gory action. It’s perfect for a creepy night at home, delivering a mix of suspense, horror, and surprising plot twists that keep you on the edge of your seat.

My Rating: 9/10
